Online orders placed for pick up or delivery are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Online orders placed for a future date and for a certain time may be cancelled and the amount paid for them fully refunded via the same method of payment originally used until 60 minutes prior to a future designated pick up time or until two hours prior to future designated delivery time. After which they become non-cancelable and non-refundable.
